Refund Policy

As a small business, unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, in some special cases — if the product has a defect — you may reach out to us through email or Instagram and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Only for exceptional cases:

  • Returned items must include vendor packaging and tags

  • Must be in the same condition as received

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.
